Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  • Template: Latex Template
    • 4 to 8 pages (approx.)
  • Author Information:
    • Author names(s)
    • Affiliation(s)
    • Corresponding email(s)
    • For double blind review, the initial submission file(s) should not contain any information about the author(s).
    • The body text and/or Acknowledgement section (if any) should also be checked for such sensitive information.
    • However, once the review stage is over resulting in the acceptance for publication, final submission should contain the following information, just below the paper title:
  • Abstract:
    • Maximum 300 words
    • Followed by 3 to 7 keywords
  • Paper Title:
    • Title Case: Capitalizing the Initials of Each Strong Word
  • Figures and illustrations:
    • Captions at the bottom of each such content
  • Tables:
    • Captions at the top of each tabular content
  • Citation / Referencing:
    • IEEETranN
    • Managed using Bibtex (defined in template)
